ON August 2017, we have to pay 7,300 dollars for the first and 2nd fees.
CHINA ADOPTIONS OUT OF STATE FAMILIES HAND IN HAND ONE CHILD REIMBURSEMENT FOR SERVICES
Section One (Payment Schedule and Due Dates)
Adoptive Applicants will be billed by HAND IN HAND International Adoptions the costs relating to the placement of one child from China. The Total Reimbursement for US services to be paid to Hand In Hand is $7,925.00. Total Reimbursement for foreign fees to be paid to Hand In Hand for wiring to China is $7,900.00. The time frames and breakout of fees are as follows:

(Billed when application is accepted & approved)
CHINA FEE #1:
(Due at time dossier is submitted to Hand In Hand)
HAND IN HAND FEE #2:
(Due at time Letter of Seeking Confirmation is received with match & acceptance of child)
CHINA FEE #2:
(Due when travel permission is issued by CCCWA)

These are additional fees that you will be paying as third party fees. They are not included in the above figures.
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING COSTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND HAND IN HAND CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF THESE.
USCIS (I-800a) Immigration filing: $775 plus $85/each adult living in the home for biometric fingerprinting. (Approval valid for 15 months; fee includes one free renewal.)
Home Study and Post Adoption Supervision in your state (fees vary, estimate $1000-$5000)
Miscellaneous Documents: Birth Certificates, Marriage Licenses, Divorce Decrees, Criminal
Background Checks, Medical Exam, Psychological if required. (fees vary, estimate $200-$750)
Verifications and Authentications of documents for dossier (estimate $1-$10 /document for certification and $25/document for authentication)
Orphanage Donation: 35,000 RMB (Approximately $5,600)
Child’s visa medical & passport; Guides to assist: (Approximately $215)
Family’s Travel and Living Expenses (Approximately $4200/singles; $7,000/couple)
U.S. Attorney and Court filing fees for Adoption Revalidation of Foreign Decree: (Approximately $750 - $1400)

Itemization of the total fees to Hand In Hand and China (as noted in Section One above) are as follows:
HOME STUDY = $1,000.00 (Includes training and coordination with Out of State agency’s social worker and staff regarding home study requirements, report review, approval and completion)
ADOPTION EXPENSES IN THE UNITED STATES = Application Processing, Adoption Finance Coach, File Maintenance, Document Training, Coordination of Immigration Work, Match Referral Training, and Pre-Travel Training = $1,400; Communication, Overnight/Express Shipping, Phone Calls, Fax Charges = $800; Overhead Costs for Administration, Personnel, Office, Program Travel and Hague Compliance = $1,600; Placement Services, Coordination with Chinese Government and Chinese Coordinator = $2,100
CHINA PROGRAM EXPENSES = Coordinator fees (includes fees for time, transportation, processing of documents, personnel, administrative overhead, training, education, legal services, wiring of fees, and communication) = $4,250.00; Provincial fees (includes fees for: registration, notarization, newspaper announcements, and staff travel) = $1,150; China Program Development Fee = $395
CARE OF THE CHILD = Included in orphanage contribution.
TRANSLATION AND DOCUMENT EXPENSES = CCCWA dossier fee = $1,100, BLAS fee = $350, processing of Article 5 = $150, Child’s Visa = $325, processing fee = $80, wire of fees = $100, US certification and legalizations (see 3rd Party Fees)
CONTRIBUTIONS = A contribution to the orphanage is required and is payable by the family directly to the orphanage during travel to China (Please see note in 3rd Party Fees)
POST PLACEMENT AND POST ADOPTION REPORTS = $1,025 (As required by Hand In Hand and CCCWA, includes post placement and post adoption counseling, coordination for Hague Compliance with agency and family through completion of required reports, report review and approval, translations, and submission of reports, including oversight of self-reports, all to occur within five years after placement)
